Velocity is for individual sales representatives employed by an official, recognised OutSystems partner. Your employer needs a fully executed, active partner agreement on file with OutSystems.
The Program runs across the Asia-Pacific region, excluding Japan. OutSystems can verify your eligibility at any time.
Every eligible activity earns points, and 25 points is US$1. Three activities reach us on their own: deal registration, progressing an opportunity to SQO, and closing partner-sourced revenue all arrive in the report OutSystems sends every two weeks.
Everything else you claim yourself, with proof attached. Points only land on your balance once the activity has been validated.
Once your balance has passed 2,500 points, request a payout from the Rewards page and it goes out with the next monthly run. Payouts are processed by Elevate Loyalty on behalf of OutSystems: your validated points are converted at 25 points to US$1 and paid to you directly.
You are responsible for any tax on what you earn, and you may be asked for tax documentation before a payout is processed.
Payouts open once your balance reaches 2,500 points, which is US$100. From then on, request a payout whenever you like and it goes out with the next monthly run.
You’re paid only after you’ve confirmed your employer’s policy. Each financial quarter is capped at US$1,000, which is 25,000 points, and reaching the cap pays you out automatically, with no request needed. When the quarter closes, a balance under US$100 rolls over to the next quarter. Anything more is paid out, up to the US$1,000 cap; points above the cap are neither paid nor carried over.

What counts as proof depends on the activity: a photo or screenshot with the essentials for customer activity, a certificate, badge or screenshot for a certification, your registration confirmation for an event, and the link to your post for a social share. A claim without proof cannot be validated.
Claims are for activity on or after 1 September 2026.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset it. The reset email goes to the address you registered with.
If you registered and have not heard back, your details are still with an administrator. Anything else, email the Program team.
