OutSystems Velocity Partner Rewards Program – Privacy Notice

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you register we collect your name, your work email address, your role, the partner organisation you work for and the country you sell in. As you take part we record the activities you claim, the files you attach as proof, the points you earn and the payouts you receive.

2. WHY WE COLLECT IT

We use your details to confirm you are eligible for the Program, to validate the activities you submit, to calculate and process your payouts, and to send you Program email. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. WHO SEES IT

Your details are handled by OutSystems, by Elevate Loyalty, who administer the Program on behalf of OutSystems, and by the Kademi platform the Program runs on. Leaderboards publish points only: every name other than your own appears as “Another member”.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your account and your activity records for as long as the Program runs, and for as long afterwards as tax, audit and legal obligations require.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected, or to have your account closed and your data deleted. Closing your account ends your participation and forfeits any points not yet paid out.
